With 25 years of experience and a top-notch education from prestigious institutions such as MIT, NYU Mindfulness, Kellogg, and IMD (ranked #1 for 12 consecutive years by Financial Times), Gemma is a true force to be reckoned with.

After enduring 15 years of horrific domestic violence, including physical abuse, emotional abuse, and sexual assault, Gemma made the courageous decision to leave everything behind, even her children, and start anew in the United States in 2014.

In addition to her tireless work as an advocate against domestic violence, Gemma is also a talented musician, a professionally trained violinist, pianist, and songwriter. She and her husband are animal lovers who actively participate in animal rescue efforts and support the Little Angels Project. Furthermore, Gemma is a proud ambassador for Gems for Gems, a Canadian non-profit committed to ending the cycle of domestic abuse through economic recovery and empowerment.
